Who operates Paint Maze

Paint Maze is operated by hitrocker. Privacy questions may be sent to hitrocker27@gmail.com.

Information processed

The game uses Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore. It processes a Firebase user ID, sign-in provider, optional email address, optional public display name, highest completed level for each difficulty, and leaderboard timestamps. Passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication and are not stored in readable form by Paint Maze.

Theme, sound, haptics, camera shake, paint splashes, selected difficulty, and a per-account progress cache are stored on the device.

The app bundle includes Firebase Analytics dependencies. Although Paint Maze currently sends no custom analytics events, enabled Firebase services may process app-instance identifiers, device/app information, diagnostics, and service interactions.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate accounts, restore and merge progress, operate leaderboards, remember preferences, secure the service, and meet legal obligations. A chosen display name and progress are visible to authenticated leaderboard users; email addresses are not shown there.

Service providers and sharing

Google Firebase provides authentication, database, and bundled analytics technology. Google sign-in uses Android Credential Manager and Google identity services. We do not sell personal data. See Firebase Privacy and Security and Google's Privacy Policy.

Retention and deletion

Account and leaderboard data are retained while the account exists. Use Account → Delete Account in the app to remove the four leaderboard records, Firebase Authentication account, and that user's local progress. Device-wide preferences remain. Providers may retain limited security logs or backups under their own policies and legal obligations.

Security

Firebase authentication, HTTPS transport, owner-scoped Firestore rules, monotonic progress writes, and recent provider verification for sensitive deletion actions are used. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Children

Paint Maze is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum applicable age in the user's country. Contact us if you believe a child supplied data contrary to applicable law.

Your choices and rights

You may play as a guest, optionally connect Google or email, change your display name, sign out, or delete your account. Depending on location, you may have rights to access, correct, restrict, object to, or delete personal data.
